Polypropylene (PP) interlocking tiles are modular sports flooring that snap together without adhesives. Each tile is 1ft x 1ft (30.48cm), made from UV-stabilised polypropylene that resists Indian heat, monsoons, and heavy foot traffic.
The snap-fit mechanism allows water to drain through the surface — making PP tiles ideal for outdoor courts where rain is a factor. Installation is fast: a badminton court can be surfaced in 2-3 days, a full basketball court in 3-5 days.
Unlike painted concrete (which fades, cracks, and becomes slippery), PP tiles maintain their colour, grip, and structural integrity with zero maintenance. Backed by a 5-year manufacturer warranty.
Choose from our full colour range. Colours shown are indicative — actual shades may vary slightly.
Certain colours are subject to availability. Made to order colours have a lead time of 14 days.
We install both surfaces. We recommend based on your site, usage, and budget — not what earns us more. Call us and we will tell you which is right for you.

Every PP tile court needs edge kerbs around the full perimeter and 4 corner pieces. These provide a clean, finished edge and prevent tiles from shifting.
How it works: Each tile has 2 male sides and 2 female sides. The perimeter needs male kerbs on 2 adjacent sides and female kerbs on the other 2 sides.
Example: Basketball court (120ft x 60ft) = 360 kerbs + 4 corners = Rs 9,060
Example: Badminton court (52ft x 25ft) = 154 kerbs + 4 corners = Rs 3,910
We always include kerbs and corners in our estimates. No surprises.

Everything you need to know before ordering PP interlocking tiles.
Our PP tiles come with a 5-year manufacturer warranty. The UV-stabilised polypropylene resists colour fading, warping, and cracking in Indian climate conditions. Zero maintenance is required — tiles regularly last 15+ years under normal use.
Yes. PP tiles are self-draining — water flows through the open-grid design. Courts are playable within minutes after rain, unlike acrylic surfaces which need slope-based drainage.
PP tiles can get warm in direct summer sun. However, they cool quickly once shaded and are significantly cooler than concrete or asphalt surfaces. Lighter colours (grey, light blue) absorb less heat.
PP tiles need a flat, stable base. They can go on existing concrete, asphalt, or a new PCC base. We assess base suitability from photos and measurements you share — no site visit required for a preliminary assessment.
Individual tiles can be replaced without disturbing the rest of the court. There is no need to redo the entire surface. We supply replacement tiles at Rs 70/sqft, and they snap in using the same mechanism as the original installation.
Yes. We source from a specialist manufacturer — not generic marketplace sellers. Our tiles have higher load ratings, documented UV resistance, and come with a manufacturer warranty certificate. The difference is visible after 2-3 years of heavy use, when cheaper tiles begin to warp, discolour, and fail at the snap joints.
