You will own the full sales funnel: lead generation, pipeline management, deal closure, and team building. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct revenue accountability and real equity upside as we scale nationally.

• 8-15 years of B2B or institutional sales experience
• Demonstrated track record of building and leading sales teams
• Comfortable with pan-India client relationships and regular travel
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate sales is a strong plus

Own sports court projects from contract sign to client handover. You will be the single point of accountability — coordinating site supervisors, material logistics, quality checks, and client communication. • B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 5-8 years of project execution experience in civil/construction
• Comfortable with 15-20 days on-site per month across India
• Experience with concrete work and sports surface installation is a strong advantage
• Proficient with project scheduling tools and written reporting

• Rs 4.5-7 LPA + project completion bonus

Be the person on the ground ensuring every court is built to spec. You will supervise day-to-day site activities — from PCC base preparation to surface installation and line marking — and report to the Project Engineer. A physically active role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship.

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 3-6 years of site supervision experience
• Knowledge of concrete work, surface preparation, and quality checks
• Willingness to travel extensively — up to 25 days per month on site
• Good interpersonal skills to manage on-site labour teams

Manage the procurement backbone of ChampCourts. You will own vendor relationships, negotiate material costs, manage purchase orders, and ensure materials reach project sites on time. A detail-oriented operations role with high business impact — the quality of every court we build starts with what you procure.

• 3-7 years in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management
• Experience handling construction materials or sports equipment is preferred
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills
• Proficient in purchase order management tools (Zoho Books or similar)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vendors concurrently

• Rs 20-30K per month based on experience
• Hyderabad office-based role — no extensive travel required
• Strategic role shaping cost structure as the business scales
• Direct collaboration with project and finance teams

Own real social media channels from day one. You will create content, run campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, write copy, and help build ChampCourts into a recognisable national brand. This is not a tea-and-photocopying internship — you will have publishing access, campaign budgets, and measurable targets.

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
• Genuine interest in content creation and digital marketing
• Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, and Facebook Business Manager
• Strong written communication in English
• Portfolio of any personal or academic projects is a plus

A dual-function role that gives you exposure to both client-facing sales support and internal HR operations. You will qualify incoming leads, assist with follow-up coordination, help screen job applicants, and support onboarding. Ideal for someone who wants broad business exposure in a startup environment.

Get hands-on construction site experience that most Civil Engineering graduates never see until three years into a job. You will observe and assist on real sports court projects — PCC base work, acrylic coating application, PP tile installation, and quality inspection. Travel to project sites is part of the role and fully covered.

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Strong academic grounding in concrete, materials, and construction methods
• Willingness to travel to project sites within India (travel costs covered)
• Physically active and comfortable working on construction sites
• AutoCAD familiarity is a plus

• Rs 10-15K monthly stipend + full travel and accommodation for site visits
